Can I change the normal ranges?

Yes. Every test, value, unit, normal range (male, female, child), critical limit and calculation can be changed in Tests & prices.

Can patients see their report online?

Yes. Each bill has its own secure link that shows only approved results. Send it on WhatsApp in one tap.

Does it connect to lab machines?

Yes. A small SULHAS Lab Bridge runs on the computer next to the machines and sends their results by tube barcode – ASTM and HL7 over network or serial port, or the machine result file. Results still wait for approval.

Can I give X-ray and scan reports?

Yes. X-ray, ultrasound and ECG have report templates; the radiologist edits the findings and impression, adds pictures and approves. They print with the lab tests or on their own.

Is my data safe?

Your data is kept in the cloud with daily backups and only your own logins can see it. If your plan ends, the data stays safe and you can still view it.
